Look for R. Haviland & C. Parlon's Arc en Ciel Dusty Pink inspired wedding cake in this winter's Martha Stewart Weddings magazine!
Gold Standard
"Nothing says marriage like Robert Haviland & C. Parlon's Arc en Ciel china pattern, the French Limoges company's new take on its original wedding-band motif. And nothing says delicious like this four-tier interpretation. Its tinted sugar-paste bands were painted in edible gold by Ben-Israel, who owns Ron Ben-Israel Cakes in New York City. Inside, a molasses spice cake with orange-blossom and hazelnut filling (shown opposite) complements the elegant exterior.
The Details: Dessert plates ($110 each) and bread and butter plates ($85 each, mottahedeh.com)"
