REFUND POLICY
Acknowledgement of intent to return must be done within 15 days of receiving merchandise. No return will be accepted without an RA (return authorization) number and must be returned in saleable condition, within 30 days of approval. Returns received damaged will not receive a refund. Additionally, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, with exception to defective goods, or shipping error. To receive authorization, please call customer service at 1-800--443-8225.
CREDIT CARD AND TAXES
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Pay Pal as form of payment. Please note orders shipping to following states are subject to state sales tax; Georgia, North Carolina, New Jersey, and New York.
SHIPPING FEES
For all website purchases we offer free standard shipping. Carrier is Fedex.

Web customers can choose to ship overnight at an additional cost if preferred.  All of our shipments will require a signature and no parcels will be left at the door. In order to provide the best service possible please direct your deliveries where they can be signed for to prevent return of merchandise. If merchandise is returned as undeliverable we will reship at the customers expense.

There are two modes of expedited shipping, Overnight or 2 day. The fee would be added at the end of the order. Free shipping without expedited.
