It's FLASH BACK FRIDAY!! Today we'll dig up an old post from our blog's archives to share with you again! Today it's our One Last Waterdance post from August 24, 2010.

Summer is quickly coming to an end. This weekend is Labor Day, which for most students marks the end of the summer and the beginning of a new school year.

For those fortunate enough to live or visit Maine this year (2010), and who love the taste of lobster, this summer you've been lucky. With lobster prices going for just over $6 a pound for fresh live lobster, why not take advantage by cooking up some delicious lobster chowder?

What better way to enjoy it than by the sea?
Get your family together and share with them a meal. Our Waterdance service makes the perfect beach house or vacation home dinner pattern. And for Lobster Corn Chowder? Nothing is more fitting than our small carp bowl.

W3005 - Waterdance Small Bowl ($225)

The Waterdance service features delicately-colored carp, catfish and chong gue chong fish interpreted from Chinese watercolors originally created for export between 1790 and 1850 for the British market. Watercolors featuring flowers, fruits, birds and fish, painted by anonymous Chinese artists were highly sought after by Europeans and Americans for their fine quality and life-like character. The fish that inspired the design for the service are from a set of watercolor drawings now in the Winterthur Library.
